I am sending my oldie translation file a little bit updated to last
default.po files.
I found some text havent appeared in translated form when i have it
translated, so i write some of them i noticed in text file. Maybe my
fault, maybe poEdit's error, maybe bug in Exodus. I am sure you will
understand it more than i do.

Happy new year, happy coding

Has anyone experienced problems with Exodus "freezing", or consuming 100%
CPU after logging in under Windows? I have had this problem with Exodus and
rebranded Exodus clients for about a year. I believe it is related to the
reception of "headline" type message stanzas during the login process, since
the client will not freeze if I kill it and relogin and no new headlines are
available. I don't think that Exodus displays headline information in the
GUI, and I do not know if the client internals processes those type of
message stanzas at all.

Thanks!
Stephen

Headlines are displayed in the msg queue (the same GUI has offline msgs are
displayed in). They SHOULD be getting processed, but should not eat CPU while
doing it. Can you send an XML frag showing these messages?

The only other time I have ever seen Exodus "freeze" is when I initially logon and receive initial status back for everyone in my roster. I am running against 1.4 servers and don't have headline messages. I hdo ave over 500 contacts in my roster spread across 12 servers and during that initial presence "blast" my CPU spikes to 100% for about 10-20 seconds and I get strange sound effects as Exodus tries to play the custom wav sound I have tied to the "... has come online" events.

Ah ok, that may be the case with me too then. I assumed it was the headlines
for some reason. I only have a few people in my roster though, and I am not
using custom .wavs. I will try to be more careful with isolating the
problem. Its a bit tough to debug since I am unable to bring the debug xml
window up because the client is frozen, and when I log in again everything
works fine (I assumed it was because the backlog of headline messages I have
received had been sent by the server on the last login attempt).

It is possible that I am receiving approximately 100 headline messages upon
login.

Once logged in, you can open the debug window and log out and back in. That will let you see the debug window while you login.
