Also, I am not sure if this is the right list for this post so if it is not
please let me know. I am running jabber 1.4.3 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
I am just starting to use MUC and I have seen how Exodus allows you to
configure persistent room using the room configuration screen, very slick.
Is it possible to edit this form so that I do not offer some of these
options to my users or else not allow some of the options to be selected?
Where can I find more information about the tags that I can use in the
muc.xml file to modify all chat rooms that users create? For example I
would like to restrict the use of nicknames in all chat rooms. Is this
possible?
Also, I am also running Transports on my server, AIM, ICQ, MSN and Yahoo.
When I log into my server with Exodus only the MSN transport has the orange
light icon next to it to indicate that it is online. None of the other
transports show be online by indicating the online state with the icon.
However, I can talk to users on the IM systems so I know that they are
online. If I log in with another Jabber client they all show up as online.
Any suggestions?
