[Exodus-dev] Exodus Dev. Environment

Hi Everyone,
I was looking through the archives for this mailing list and I saw
that everyone appears to be using Delphi 7 to build Exodus. I am
curious if it is at all possible to buy Delphi 7 anywhere. I can't
seem to find it on the net...

Or is there a free alternative to Delphi 7?
